While the Waupaca Rascals might not be as widely known as some other mascots, they have a special place in the hearts of students at Chain O' Lakes Elementary School and Waupaca Learning Center in Wisconsin. This mischievous mascot, which was used since 1990, embodies a spirit of playful energy and adventuresome spirit. Although the Rascals are no longer the main mascot for these schools (they've since adopted the Comets), they still represent a fun and lively era in the school's history.
